8-WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE
by DISTANCE LEARNING
MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) and
MINDFULNESS-BASED COGNITIVE THERAPY (MBCT)
When it is not feasible to attend a group course, because of distance, work, care commitments, or illness, the Distance Learning course is an ideal way of bringing Mindfulness into one's life.
The Distance Learning course follows a similar format to the 8-Week Group Mindfulness Course, but consists of 8 weekly individual sessions of 45 minutes, by telephone or skype, at a time of your choosing.
