This Day Retreat is suitable for people who have already completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)/Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course, either with Everyday Mindfulness, or with other teachers. If you are new to Mindfulness and are interested in finding out more, you might like to take part in an Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop.
