Mindfulness is suitable for anyone living and breathing! It can help all of us who encounter the challenges of everyday life, and wish to explore a fuller and more rewarding life.

A mindful approach to our experience can help us get a different perspective on our emotions and life situations. This can create more acceptance of ourselves and others, and give us an insight into different ways of dealing with things. We may also develop a fuller appreciation of the joyful aspects of our lives, giving an altogether richer experience.

People from all walks of life have learnt about mindfulness with Everyday Mindfulness, from artists to academics, hairdressers to homemakers, carers and company directors. The courses are both suitable for  people with physical or psychological  challenges, and for those who are simply dealing with the stresses and strains of daily life. Mindfulness is equally rewarding for those who would like to enrich and deepen the everyday moments of their existing life.

If you are curious but not quite sure whether you are ready for the commitment of a whole course, you might like to try out an "Introduction to Mindfulness" workshop.
