  Everyday Mindfulness Courses

Mindfulness works in every moment of life
Mindfulness works in ordinary ways - every day of your life

Everyday Mindfulness offers a variety of ways to learn about mindfulness. You might like to try out a taster of mindfulness with an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop. These take place regularly in Frome, on the Somerset-Wiltshire border, and can also be delivered on request to your organisation. If you are already clear in your mind that you would like to learn more about integrating mindfulness into your daily life, an 8-week MBSR/MBCT course is probably the best way forward. You can do the mindfulness course in the Frome area in a group setting, or learn about mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) by distance learning. For mindfulness in the workplace, tailored programs can be arranged.

For those who have already participated in an 8-week mindfulness course, with Everyday Mindfulness or with other teachers, regular follow-up classes to reconnect with mindfulness are available. Another opportunity for renewing one's mindfulness practice are the silent retreat days. In this section you can have a look at the different offerings by Everyday Mindfulness, to see which approach to learning about mindfulness might suit you best at the moment.
